Suggestions to client:

1. Include stair lighting
2. Add hanging pendant in void area above stairwell
3. Lighting to aid 'wow factor…include lighting under kitchen cabinetry, Gimble lighting above artwork, functional lighting above sink area and Butler's pantry, pendant lighting above island bench, in wall niches, lighting in external eaves etc.

Constraints: All fixtures must be modern with chrome finish.
